Each mould is CNC machined to precise wall thickness tolerances, with internal surfaces finished and polished to produce tanks with smooth, consistent outer surfaces. We design thread rings, neck fittings, and inlet/outlet ports into the mould as standard, so tanks come out ready for assembly without secondary operations. Custom logos, embossing, and product markings can be incorporated into the mould design at the time of manufacture.
