Pulveriser Machine Manufacturer

Pulveriser Machine Manufacturer

Vishnu Engineering has been manufacturing pulveriser machines for the Indian plastics and rubber industry for more than 20 years. We are not a trading company that sources machines from elsewhere and puts its name on them. Every pulveriser we sell is designed, machined, assembled, and tested at our facility before it leaves for the customer’s site. That distinction matters when you are making a capital investment.

Our pulveriser range covers machines for PVC, LDPE, HDPE, polypropylene, and rubber compounds. Each material type has different thermal properties, feed characteristics, and particle size requirements, and our range addresses these differences with application-specific disc configurations, cooling systems, and feed mechanisms. If you are processing a material outside the standard range, we will work with you on a custom solution.

As a pulveriser machine manufacturer with two-plus decades in the field, we have seen what goes wrong when machines are not built to spec bearing failures, overheating, inconsistent output, and downtime that costs more than the machine itself. Our design philosophy is straightforward: use better materials, tighter tolerances, and proven components. The machines we built 15 years ago are still running in customer plants today.

FAQs

Yes. We manufacture pulverisers for both plastic and rubber applications. Rubber pulverisers require different disc materials and sometimes cryogenic pre-treatment depending on the compound, and we have configurations available for both ambient and cryogenic processing.

Absolutely. We build custom capacity machines for customers with requirements outside our standard range. Share your production volume targets, material type, and desired output fineness and we will design accordingly.

Standard models typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. Custom configurations take 8 to 12 weeks depending on complexity. We will confirm lead time at the time of order and keep you updated through the manufacturing process.
