It uses rotational moulding as the core process, which gives finished tanks seamless construction, no weld lines, and the kind of structural consistency you cannot get from blow moulding or injection moulding at these sizes.

The production process is straightforward. Raw material is loaded into the mould, the oven heats it to the correct temperature while the mould rotates on two axes, and the result is a hollow, evenly walled tank. The PLC control system manages temperature, rotation speed, and cycle time automatically operators set the parameters and the machine handles the rest.

This level of automation reduces dependence on skilled labour and makes it practical to maintain consistent quality across multiple shifts.

FAQs

Yes, provided that food-grade LLDPE or HDPE material is used. The machine itself does not affect food safety the material grade and its certification determine whether the finished tank is food-grade compliant.

Mould changeover is straightforward. You remove the existing mould from the arm, mount the new mould, and update the cycle parameters in the PLC, and you are ready to run. Our team trains your operators during commissioning so changeovers become routine.

We provide installation, operator training, spare parts supply, and technical support. Our service team has hands-on experience with every machine we manufacture, so when something needs attention, we can diagnose and resolve it quickly.
