Vishnu Engineering manufactures Septic Water Tank Moulds for plastic processors producing LLDPE and HDPE septic tanks for residential, commercial, and municipal sanitation applications. Rotomoulded septic tanks have largely replaced precast concrete tanks in many markets because they are lighter, easier to install, corrosion-resistant, and can be manufactured in complex multi-chamber configurations that improve sewage treatment performance.
Septic tank moulds are among the more technically demanding products in our mould range. The internal baffles, inlet and outlet fittings, access hatches, and multi-chamber dividers all need to be incorporated into the mould design precisely. We have developed these moulds through direct collaboration with septic tank manufacturers and sanitation engineers, and the designs reflect real-world installation requirements — not just what is easiest to machine.
Our moulds produce single-chamber and multi-chamber septic tanks from 500 litres to 10,000 litres, with design options for buried and above-ground installation. All moulds are CNC machined to dimensional accuracy that ensures consistent part-to-part quality — important when tanks are going into ground and expected to perform for 20 or 30 years without maintenance.

Yes. Internal baffles and chamber dividers are core to septic tank mould design and are incorporated during the machining phase. The mould is designed so that these internal features form correctly during the Rotomoulding cycle without the need for secondary assembly or inserts.
